Goodmiles Rent-A-Car General Policies:

Gas & Refueling
Our rental rates do not include the cost of gasoline. We usually start you out with half tank of gas and request that customers refill prior to their return. Refueling cost will apply $6/gallon plus $10 service charge if the vehicle is returned with less gas than started out.

Pickup & Drop After Hours and Holding

We do work only by appointments so please make sure you pick up your rental vehicle according to your reservation pickup schedule. We do hold vehicles up to 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
In case if you are running late more than 30 minutes and you still need to hold the vehicle please call us at 425-353 5678 otherwise neither vehicle nor desk manager may not be available and no show fee of $25 applies.
After hour pick-up and drop of available.
There is $5 surcharge applies for after hour pick-up and drop-offs.

Vehicle Availability
We do our best to provide a vehicle within same size and category as you booked. However due to unexpected travel volumes sometimes we may upgrade you a next level vehicle at same price, without any additional charges.

Cancellation-Early Drop-Off
In order to keep our cost and prices down we have following policies for cancellations and early drop off; At the time you make your reservation you will be charged $25 which will be credited towards your rental purchase. However If you do cancel your reservation or do not show up on reservation day/time $25 will be non refundable reservation fee.
Once you make your reservation you may not be able to change reservation dates or periods. If you decide to drop off your vehicle earlier than scheduled reservation date you may do so however there is no refund for early drop off.

Lost Key
There is a $50 standard charge for lost key for vehicles does not have computer keys. For vehicles require computer/chip keys we charge $50 + cost of replacement key + programming from Dealership (may vary between $80-200) depending on type of vehicle. If loosing key requires to get into car without key or replacement of key lock or ignition or any other part of the vehicle required then customer will be responsible for all charges and necessary spendings caused by lost key included buy not limited to towing the vehicle to our location or dealership authorized by us.

Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 21
Must be at least 21 years old with valid drivers license, liability insurance and master/visa credit card under his/her name.

Drivers License Requirements
Must have valid US Drivers License and or valid Canadian, European and or International Drivers License.

Additional Drivers
Up to 2 additional drivers permitted an additional charge of $ 2.00 applies per day (per additional driver).
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21
Additional drivers are subject to same requirements as original renters.

Driving Area
We allow our vehicles to be driven in Washington State for local driving only in Greater Seattle Urban areas within 100 miles radius, within state borders.
Currently we do not allow any Border Crossing or driving over the mountains.

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are not accepted.
Goodmiles accepts the following rental deposits: VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CREDIT CARDS.

Insurance Policies and Surcharges
MUST Have Minimum Liability Coverage Required by State of Washington. Please do not assume that you may purchase "Liability Coverage" from us. We currently do not offer Liability Coverage and CAN NOT RENT you a vehicle if you do not have your own Liability Coverage. We need a copy of your Liability Insurance Card to verify your insurance during pickup. Optional Partial Vehicle Damage Waiver is also available. If you have a Full Coverage US auto insurance including Collision and Comprehensive extending to rental vehicle you do NOT need to purchase Vehicle Damage Waiver from us.

Vehicle Damage Waiver
Customer must have minimum liability insurance coverage. We currently offer Partial Vehicle Damage Waiver for $10/day with $2,500 Deductible for most vehicles.

Roadside Assistance
Optional Roadside Assistance Coverage is available for $2/day. This coverage provides Local Roadside Assistance Services up to first $50 for free.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:
WE DO NOT HAVE FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. However we have our preferred transportation partner ShuttleExpress who provides Shuttle service to Everett and Goodmiles for a reasonable fee. Easiest and most economic way to get from Seatac Airport to Goodmiles is to take ShuttleExpress. By Shuttle Express you may directly come to our office or arrive to Everett Amtrak Station where we can pick you up for FREE. They have regular scheduled service direct from SeaTac Airport to Everett Amtrak Train Station just about $26.50. This special service runs on the hour, once per hour, from the airport 24 hours a day. Goodmiles is minutes away from Everett Amtrak Train Station and once you arrive to Everett Amtrak Station we will pick you up. ShuttleExpress provides clean, smokefree and reliable transportation. For discounted reservations please go to our main web site at www.GoodmilesRentacar.com and click on the link at the left top corner of the page "Shuttle Express-Goodmiles Airport Transportation". This link will allow you to make airport shuttle reservations at discounted rates. For more information you can also call ShuttleExpress direct at 425-9817000. If you are travelling alone scheduled shuttle van to Everett Train Station is the most economic way to get Goodmiles. If you have party of 2 or more ShuttleExpress has other services such as exclusive towncar service. You may also take a direct shuttle to Goodmiles in Everett. We have free customer pick-up service from Everett Amtrak Station, Everett Hotels, Lynwood Hotels.
